      Grant Details

      The QCF provides two grant opportunities for nonprofits each year that impact to the quality of life of residents in Commerce City. The amount of money available for grants varies each year and is determined by a city council appropriation in the city’s annual budget.

      QCF grants provide funding for a wide variety of programs and services in the city, including emergency housing for homeless families, volunteer services and meals for seniors, advocacy and emergency assistance for domestic violence victims, health care, mental health, and local food banks. Organizations can receive a up to $7,500 each for the Program/Project Grant or $5,000 for the General Operating Grant. 

      2025 QCF Nonprofit Grant Recipients

      After a competitive selection process, the Quality Community Foundation (QCF) has awarded grants to 25 local nonprofit organizations that help make Commerce City a Quality Community for a Lifetime.  

      QCF grants provide funding for a wide variety of programs and services in the city, such as volunteer organizations, youth services, meals for the community, and more.   

      Each organization will receive between $2,500 and $7,500 from the $140,000 total fund to support its work in Commerce City. Congratulations to this year’s grant recipients!
