Transportation Master Plan 

Project Description

Commerce City is undertaking a community-wide transportation planning effort. The Transportation Master Plan will play a key role in addressing mobility in our community.

The Transportation Master Plan will:

• Establish a long-range vision for how people get around and through C3.
• Develop goals, objectives, and strategies for improving transportation in C3.
• Identify and prioritize projects to improve safety and mobility for walking, bicycling, driving, and riding transit in C3.

Sign up for updates, ask questions and leave comments. 

Your input will help define current issues, goals, and desired improvements in transportation in Commerce City.

We are wrapping up the second phase of public engagement and compiling the data we received from our in-person engagement and survey input. Thank you to everyone who shared their input on plan goals and design tradeoffs.

Safety Action Plan

Project Description

The Safety Action Plan (SAP) will also play a key role in addressing mobility in our community.

Check back for future updates about the SAP as it continues to undergo development!

The Safety Action Plan will:

• Focus on current concerns and needs for transportation safety for walking, biking, driving and transit users.
• Evaluate current safety concerns and “hot spots” where a large quantity or the most severe crashes occur.
• Identify safety improvements to address crash concerns.
