Welcome to a new way to learn more about the city’s review and consideration of development proposals. 

On this site you will find detailed information about featured high-profile development projects, along with design plans and other information relating to proposed new or redeveloping properties in the review process. Residents and community stakeholders are invited to review and comment on development proposals at your convenience and at your own pace.

Each project includes contact information for the assigned staff planners and a form to submit your questions and/or comments on the proposed development to City Council, the proposed developer, and staff. Comments provided on our webpage will be provided to the City Council and Planning Commission for review and consideration.

Development Cases

A Development Plan (for properties with a standard zone designation) or PUD Permit (for properties with a PUD zone designation) is the process by which proposed development is reviewed in detail for compliance with the city’s development standards and/or the PUD Zone Document. A Development Plan or PUD Permit is required for many development projects in the city.
